If you feel that you qualify for our services, you must contact Access Line at (808) 832-3100. Access Line is open 24 hours, 7 days a week. Access Line will ask you a few questions over the phone to see if you qualify for services. Access Line will then set up an appointment to meet with you and will determine your eligibility. Once you meet their criteria, Access Line will then refer you to a qualifying agency. REMEMBER THERE IS NO COST TO YOU.
All referral are determined by the State of Hawaii and are controlled by the State of Hawaii. All services are paid by the State of Hawaii.
